I. Uses Oil cooler is a special equipment for lubricating oil cooling of hydraulic station or mechanical equipment. The working medium is usually water-oil heat exchange or oil-oil heat exchange. Generally, the hot medium takes the shell side and the cold medium takes the tube side. This equipment can also be used for water-water and steam-water heat exchange. II. Specifications and materials of heat exchange tubes Generally, the specifications of heat exchange tubes are φ 12.6 * 1.5, and the materials are copper tubes. The fin height of low-ribbed finned tube is 1.5mm, and the finning ratio is 2.41. When the heat exchange tube is made of carbon steel or stainless steel, and the outer diameter of the heat exchange tube changes, the structure size of the heat exchanger needs to be designed separately. III. Selection of K value of heat transfer coefficient According to the medium conditions, different heat transfer coefficients can be estimated as follows: Oil-water heat exchange: When the cooling water flow is small, the K value is 300w/m℃ when the viscosity of working oil is high, 400 W/m℃ when the viscosity of working oil is moderate, and 500 W/m℃ when the viscosity of working oil is low. Water-water heat exchange: When the primary medium flow rate is 2m/s and the secondary medium flow rate is 2m/s: Carbon steel pipe: k = 950w/m℃. Copper pipe: k = 1000w/m℃. Steam-water heat exchange: When the flow rate of secondary cooling medium is 2m/s: Carbon steel pipe: k = 1540w/m℃. Steel pipe: k = 1800w/m℃. |
